How do I book a room?

Open the booking engine, choose your dates and party size, then review the rooms offered. Check the total price, occupancy, included services and payment schedule before confirming. The booking engine provides language choices, including English and French. Keep your confirmation and use its contact details if you need to discuss an existing reservation.

Which payment and cancellation conditions apply?

Read the specific conditions presented before you confirm your booking, including any deposit, cancellation deadline and charges. The website’s Spanish conditions contain differing references to payment methods, so contact La Casona for clarification if anything is unclear. This practical guide does not replace your booking terms or promise free cancellation. Do not send payment-card details by email.

When can I arrive and depart?

The published house information gives check-in after 15:00 and check-out before 12:00. There is no continuously staffed reception. Please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival to arrange your expected time, and confirm any late arrival in advance. Tell us promptly if your plans change.

Are breakfast and winery visits included?

Check the inclusions of the rate you select. Do not assume that a full breakfast, wine tasting, winery visit or wellness session is included in a room reservation. Ask about availability, prices and booking requirements for your dates. Winery visits also require confirmation of the language, time and number of participants.

Can I bring children or a pet?

Contact us to confirm the room configuration for children, a cot or an extra bed and any associated charges. The published house rules do not allow pets and describe the property as smoke-free. If you have access requirements, speak to us before booking so we can discuss the layout and the appropriate room.
